He has been in private practice since 1975 and has extensive practice experience in federal multi-district litigation. Mr. Johnson’s firm was one of the first firms to discover and seek redress for the serious health problems caused to thousands of women who used the Dalkon Shield contraceptive device. His firm is one of the oldest firms in the mass tort arena.

Ms. Hua primarily practices in the areas of mass torts, pharmaceutical, and product liability litigation. She has helped hundreds of plaintiffs recover for those injured by dangerous and defective drugs or medical devices. She has also dedicated the last decade in representing Veterans and Servicemembers in their claims for Traumatic Injury Protection (TSGLI) benefits.
Ms. Hua is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts in Minnesota and has participated in cases nationwide.
